                              Building Rental Agreement

The under signed is renting the facility located at 17285 Forest Blvd. (US Hwy. 61) in Hugo, Minnesota for a

Period of ________________ days for the following dates: __________________________. The total fee

is $ ____________ as calculated by accepting the services check as follows:

A deposit of $75 is due at least 30 Days prior to the agreed rental date(s) or at the time of signing and returning of

this rental agreement, which ever comes first.

The "entire building" shall consist of sections A & B and adjacent lavatories and kitchen. It does not include the two

rooms located at the west end of the building. 1/2 building shall consist of Section A only, which includes the kitchen.

The "cleanup option" is a one time charge for the length of this rental period where the renting organization does not

have to clean, vacuum and empty the trash at the end of the rental period. This option does not include the kitchen,

the outside grounds or the agility equipment, these areas are the responsibility of the rental organization. The use of

the agility equipment is a one time charge for the length of this rental agreement.

I/we in renting this facility assume all responsibility for any occurrences that take place while I/we are in possession

of these premises. I/we hold Total Recall School for Dogs, its owners or the property owners blameless for any

actions and/or dogs and/or other animals and/or persons that may be in attendance or present during the term of

this agreement.

This facility will be presented in a clean and suitable condition. I/we and/or my/our agents are responsible for any

damage to the building and/or equipment that may be caused/occur while I/we are in possession of this facility. I/we

will clean the facility to its previous condition (unless cleanup option accepted), including the kitchen, dog exercise,

parking lot, and outside trash buckets upon completing the use of the facility. All equipment will be cleaned and returned

to the same place it was found when possession the facility was taken. Any damage to the building and/or damaged or

missing equipment that may occur while I/we are in possession of the facility will be paid for within fifteen (15) days of

the end of this agreement.

I/we agree to provide my/our own insurance for the life of this agreement and provide proof of this insurance along with

the deposit and this signed agreement.
